How do I submit a Public Record Request to Valley Communications Center?
Answer:

Any person wishing to request copies of public records of Valley Communications should make the request via Valley Communications Public Records Center, request form (See attachment on the right side of page.), letter, fax, or e-mail addressed to the public records officer and including the following information:
  1. Name of requestor
  2. Address of the requestor  
  3. Other contact information, including telephone number and any e-mail address
  4. Identification of the public records adequate for the public records officer or designee to locate the records
  5. The date and time of day of the request
